Governor and AG face off in Montana Supreme Court

(HELENA) An ongoing legal battle between Gov. Steve Bullock and Attorney General Tim Fox was heard in the Montana Supreme Court Wednesday. The case revolves around the15,000 acres of ranchland at the Horse Creek Complex and an agreement Bullock made with the Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks which states the land’s owners would receive $6 million in federal and state money to open their land for public access to hunters and other recreationalists.
