Kalispell man will spend more than a decade behind bars on child exploitation charges

KALISPELL – A Kalispell man will spend more than a decade behind bars for a sexually explicit video of a minor he admitted to filming. A judge sentenced Allen Duane Turman, 44, to the mandatory minimum of 15 years in prison. He also recieved 10 years of probation and was ordered to pay $3,000 in restitution.
Turman pleaded guilty in November and said he did not specifically recall making the video but did not dispute that he created it, citing drug use and poor memory.
