A 39-year-old man pleaded not guilty in Yellowstone County District Court Friday to child pornography charges. Prosecutors allege Clayvin Bryant Herrera had hundreds of images of child pornography on his cell phone that were located during a drug investigation. Herrera was also arraigned Friday on drug possession charges, strangulation of a partner or family member, and theft. He’s being held on $70,000 bail.
