Helena VA Health Care staff administered over 200 doses of COVID19 vaccines to Havre veterans on Thursday Nearly 250 area veterans got their first dose of a Moderna COVID-19 vaccine, which were provided as part of a national Veterans Health Administration pilot program. The vials of vaccinations were kept in special plug-in coolers as they were flown from Fort Harrison’s ultracold on-site freezer to Havre. Veterans will be scheduled for their second dose at their first appointment.
