An Idaho man killed in a fiery crash on Interstate 15 between Helena and Butte Tuesday has been identified.
Authorities said, 34-year-old Spencer William Roddick died after he apparently lost control on the wet roads south of Helena in Jefferson County near Basin, causing the tanker to overturn and explode, according to a Montana Highway Patrol incident report. Authorities do not believe alcohol or drugs were involved, but said it appears the vehicle was speeding.
