A father is suing the drunk driver charged in the death of his 22 year old daughter, and the Missoula bars that served him alcohol that fateful night. According to a lawsuit filed by Merced Romero, the bars failed to refuse service to Daniel Grady even though he was visibly intoxicated, resulting in the death of Rebecca Romero in 2018. Grady was later sentenced to 10 years in Montana State Prison for the fatal hit and run.
