A father and daughter attorney team in Helena have been accused of professional misconduct. Meghan Doud and her father, Timothy McKeon are accused of misappropriating and mishandling trust account funds owed to clients and third parties, according to documents filed with the Montana Supreme Court. The state claims they owe clients and third parties nearly $1.35 million. The daddy daughter duo have 21 days to respond to the administrative complaint.
