Class-action lawsuit against St. Peter’s Health in Helena halted

A District Court judge has dismissed a class-action lawsuit filed by patients of a fired oncologist against St. Peter’s Health in Helena. The judge said in a statement Tuesday that he lacked the jurisdiction to resolve the dispute at this time, and the claims must first be filed with the Montana Medical Legal Panel. -0-

Missing Helena teen found safe

HELENA – The search for Ceddrick Flanagan has been cancelled. The Montana Department of Justice wrote in a statement on Monday that the 13 year old has been found and is safe. A search began for a missing teen after he was last seen late Sunday night in Helena. -0-
