A 43-year-old Helena man is accused of stealing more than $91,000 in a construction scheme. Bobby Francis Lowry is charged with felony theft and felony deceptive practices after several people reported they had hired Lowry to do home repairs but he never completed the work even though he had already been paid, according to court documents. Multiple Butte residents also reported him for alleged fraud.
