Alcoholic beverages on Helena rights of way could be a no-no during the upcoming Big Sky Pride parade. The Helena City Commission tabled a proposal on Monday to temporarily suspend the city’s open container ordinance for the event. City Commissioners say they will revisit the issue at their June 21 meeting.
