HELENA, Mont. – A Helena man who ran into the front porch of a home on Warehouse Ave., while fleeing police in Jan., has been officially charged. Zakary Weidner admitted to his involvement in the purist following the car vs house crash, and said that he had run because he was, “on probation and was drunk driving.” He is facing multiple charges, including criminal endangerment, DUI, and driving on a revoked license.
