Fishing turned fatal for a Colorado man Wednesday afternoon after he was struck and killed by a tree west of Helena in Granite County. Granite County Sheriff’s office officials said emergency crews responded to an area about five miles west of the Kyle Bohrnsen Bridge and found the victim, identified as a 53-year-old Colorado resident, dead as a result of blunt force injuries. High winds were reported in the area at the time of the accident.
