HELENA, Mont. — Helena residents are gearing up for this years July 4 ceremony. Organizers said, unlike last year’s event which was kept smaller in size due to COVID-19 safety measures, all are invited to Centennial Park on Sunday where the Helena Boy Scouts will raise “Old Glory” high above the Capitol City.
