Traffic stop led to arrest of Missoula man wanted on felony warrant

A traffic stop led to the arrest of a Missoula man wanted on a felony warrant. Missoula Police pulled over, 30-year-old Jacob Notar in the area of South Reserve Street early Saturday morning and say when he was placed into handcuffs, a Ziploc baggie with heroin in it fell to the ground. Upon further investigation, police say they also discovered him hiding meth in his underwear. He was being held at the Missoula County Detention Center on felony criminal drug possession charges.
