Helena Fire Department says damage from Nob Hill park fire was minimal

The Helena Fire Department says damage from the Nob Hill park fire was minimal thanks to the efforts of multiple responding agencies. Helena Assistant Fire Chief Mike Chambers says that were it not for those nine additional teams and resources the Nob Hill Fire that was sparked by fireworks Saturday could have been much worse. Helena Fire estimates the blaze burned roughly 5 acres. Helena is still under Stage 2 Fire Restrictions, and the area has seen multiple Red Flag Warnings in recent weeks.
