Following a months long investigation a 44 year old Helena man has been charged in Missoula with child sex abuse after allegedly trying to meet up with a teen girl online. Undercover law enforcement agents acting as a 13 year old girl, started receiving messages this summer on Whisper, an anonymous messaging app, from an account named “BigGuy,” later determined to be operated by Jerrad J. Zitnik, according to charging documents. Zitnik arranged to meet the child in Missoula last week and was greeted by police.
