Helena police say woman facing fifth DUI following weekend crash

HELENA, Mont. – Helena police say a woman is facing her fifth DUI following a weekend crash that sent the other driver to the hospital. On Sunday [Oct. 17] officers responded to the intersection of Custer Avenue and Washington Street and reported that Lisa S. Peterson, who ran into the back of a car in which that driver was injured, reeked of alcohol. She was booked into the Lewis & Clark County Jail on multiple charges.
