HELENA, Mont. – A Helena woman is facing charges, including a fifth DUI, in connection to a two car crash in which one person was injured. According to court documents, Lisa S. Peterson was arrested Sunday [Oct. 17] following the accident at the intersection of Custer Avenue and Washington Street where she slammed into the back of another vehicle that was stopped at a red light. Peterson admitted she had been drinking and driving, and was booked into the Lewis & Clark County Jail.
