Jefferson City woman facing charges after ‘streaking’ incident at middle school football game

A Jefferson City woman is facing sexual misconduct charges after she was arrested last week for allegedly running onto a football field in front of 29 eighth-graders, while wearing only a scarf. According to court documents, Lacey Uthe told an officer that she had ingested heroin and then left her residence with no clothes on looking for help because she thought she was going to die. She was arraigned in court on Friday and was being held without bail.
