A University of Montana computer science professor is under investigation after several of his blogs and videos made troubling statements about women, Muslims and the LGBTQ community. A spokesman confirmed Tuesday that Rob Smith is on paid leave after a student newspaper reported on the disturbing posts, including one in which Smith encourages men to date women younger than 18 because they begin to “lose value” after the age of 16. Smith supports his claims by citing the Bible, the Missoulian reports.
