Some business owners say overnight camping has become a safety hazard on Helena’s east side and they want city leaders to remedy the situation. Parked campers can be seen along billings avenue, and business’ say they’re concerned, as transients leave trash, disturb customers, block deliveries, and dump raw sewage in the area. City of Helena administration officials were expected to address the issue at their Wednesday [Nov. 17] meeting.
