“Buzz Lightyear,” written on an outgoing Lewis and Clark County Detention Center letter has a 55-year-old Helena man facing new charges. Richard Strawn is accused of violating a no-contact order by sending the letter last month [Oct. 22] from the jail, to a Gallatin Avenue residence where the victim told police she recognized the defendant’s handwriting and that he used the “buz lightyear” as code words ” so she would know it came from him.
