HELENA – Past met present Tuesday, as a Capital High School student honored Montanans who died 80 years ago during the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor. Nearly 50 people gathered at Resurrection Cemetery in Helena to dedicate a new memorial created by the 16 yesr old as an eagle scout project.
