BUTTE, Mont. (AP) – Authorities say they are following up on all leads in a fatal shooting over the weekend in Butte. Deputies responded to a home on South Main Street Sunday and found a 42-year-old Montana man suffering from a gunshot wound, Butte-Silver Bow County Sheriff Ed Lester said. He was rushed to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later. The incident remains under investigation, officials said. Anyone with information about this shooting is urged to call police or Montana Crime Stoppers.
