The Helena Afghan Refugee Resettlement Team will host a community meeting to discuss its plans to bring in people who were forced to flee the country’s growing violence. The meeting is scheduled for next Thursday, Dec. 16, in the St. Paul’s United Methodist Church sanctuary. Questions and comments from the community are welcome, organizers said. A video of the meeting will be available on YouTube by searching for “Helena United Methodist Ministries.”
