A 37 year old Helena man is facing child sexual abuse charges. Child Protective Services reached out to the Lewis and Clark Sheriff’s Office after Daniel Martin Staley admitted to inappropriately touching the underage victim earlier this year. Two felony counts have been filed in the case.
