An art project in one of Helena’s oldest neighborhoods is aimed at creating a more vibrant future. Fifteen unique portraits were hung last week on the outside of the Livery Building in Helena as part of the yearlong “Rodney Street Is…” project. The historic building’s windows have been boarded up for more than 100 years. The portraits, done by a local artist, are on display in the Myrna Loy Center’s Jailhouse Gallery until March 8.
