A counterfeit pill touted as a legitimate prescription drug is suspected of causing several overdose deaths in Lewis and Clark County recently. Lewis and Clark County Sheriff Leo Dutton said Tuesday there have been four fentanyl-related deaths in the past month involving little blue pills marked with an “M” on one side and a “30” on the other side. He said instead of oxycodone, which is the authentic pill, the users got a fake pill laced with fentanyl.
