Investigators have pinpointed the origin of a weekend fire that gutted a Helena condominium unit. A Helena Fire Department official said Monday the fire was sparked by a resident trying to refill a propane bottle for a heater and the propane apparently leaked and found a heat source, starting the fire in a triplex on Sunlight Circle Saturday. Flames had spread to the outside of the structure when firefighters arrived, but crews were albe to quickly contain the blaze.
