A Billings businessman is throwing his hat in the race for Montana’s 2 nd District Congressional Seat.
Financial advisor Gary Buchanan, who filed as an independent Monday in Helena, just a few hours ahead of the deadline, has decided to challenge Republican Matt Rosendale for the newly created post. Buchanan will have to gather 8722 signatures by May 31 st in order to get on the ballot as an independent.
