(UPDATE) We’ve learned a suspect is in custody in connection to a large police presence along 10th Avenue South on Wednesday [March 2]. There were at least six Great Falls Police Department patrol vehicles and officers blocking and diverting traffic through the area near 6th St., and the GFPD said in a press release Thursday that officers arrested a “violent wanted fugitive” at the scene, identified as Billy Keatts. He was being held at the Cascade County Detention Center.
