New details emerge about tragic death of man at Helena garbage facility

New details have been released about the tragic death of a man last Thursday found inside a cardboard box at a Helena garbage facility. Police say, Jacob Garza refused help from several sources, including the MHP, before he was killed when a garbage truck picked up the cardboard box where he was sleeping. Lewis and Clark County Sheriff and Coroner Leo Dutton said, the 26 year old died of blunt force trauma as a result. Dutton said Garza had been found unresponsive on the interstate and was taken to the hospital, but he was homeless, and apparently ended up at the recycling center.
