HELENA, Mont. – You may want to think twice before posting plans about your summer vaction on social media. That’s the heads up Helena police are giving residents as summer approaches, which they say is when the seasonal uptick in crime around neighborhoods happens, with more people getting out of town. Helena Police warn you not to broadcast that you’re getting ready to leave on vacation, and if you plan to head out of town, use caution and lock up, including cars parked in driveways and on the street.
