Businesses along Beartooh Highway returned after historic flooding. Now three weeks after the flooding shops were showing signs of life over the holiday weekend. The northeast entrance to Yellowstone is still closed, and the Beartooth highway remains shutdown south of Red Lodge to the ski area.
