GREAT FALLS – Explosive devices found in Great Falls on Fourth of July prompted the Explosive team from Malmstrom Air Force Base being called in. A spokesperson said Tuesday that crews located multiple IEDs behind a home near 9th Avenue South and 21st Street and detonated the devices rendering the scene safe. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (BATFE) is investigating and said all evidence collected is being reviewed for possible future prosecution.
