MISSOULA – A suspicious death investigation is underway after an elderly woman was found dead over the weekend in Clinton. According to a Missoula County Sheriff’s Office release, deputies responded to a report of an assault in the 5600 block of Donovan Creek Road in Clinton shortly after noon Sunday and found the victim, identified as 88-year old Delphine A. Farmer, unresponsive. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Police are working to determine what led to, what they are calling a homicide, the release states.
