HELENA, Mont. – The City of Helena began accepting applications for its Affordable Housing Trust Fund this week. In the first-ever round of applications for the fund, the City will accept housing development proposals through Nov. 17. The City Commission approved over $2,000,000 to be available for proposed projects. Details on the application and process are available at helenamt.gov. The City established the Affordable Housing Trust Fund in 2020, with the goal of helping organizations that address low income housing needs.
