GREAT FALLS – A person was injured after an early-morning house fire in Great Falls Tuesday [October 18]. Great Falls Fire Rescue said in a news release that crews responded to the fire on 47th Street South, and said the resident was found outside of the house suffering from burns and smoke inhalation, and was taken to Benefis Health System. The fire was caused by smoking materials that came in contact with a portable oxygen tank, according to the news release.
