BUTTE, Mont. – In an update on Monday, Butte-Silver Bow Law Enforcement said the body found lying in a culvert Saturday morning was that of a 36-year-old indigent Butte man. The man, who was homeless, had been living in the culvert near the intersection of Farrell Street and Texas Avenue, prior to his death, the release states. There were no signs of foul play at the scene, according to police reports. The cause and manner of death will be determined by the state medical examiner.
