A 31-year-old East Helena man was arrested on suspicion of raping a woman in the bathroom of a bar in the Helena Valley last year. Brendan Devon Fields has been charged with allegedly having sex with a woman who the victims friend said Fields likely drugged while they were hanging out on Sept. 29, 2021, according to the affidavit filed in Lewis and Clark County Justice Court recently (Nov. 10). Fields was being held in the Lewis and Clark County Detention Center.
