Montana National rescues injured hunter in Shoshone National Forest

HELENA, Mont. – The Montana National Guard had to be called in to rescue an injured hunter that got stranded in the Shoshone National Forest in Wyoming. An air rescue brought the eighty-year-old man to safety after he had fallen off his horse, according to a statement from the Montana Army National Guard from Helena. The hunter was treated for a hip and leg wound.
