POLSON – A St. Ignatius teen is being accused of negligent homicide and leaving the scene of a fatal wreck in Lake County that left another teen dead. Tommy Mahseelah, 18, was arrested after David Hammer Jr.’s family found the 17 year old injured and unconscious on the road near Mission Dam at approximately 3 a.m. The family rushed him to EMS in St. Ignatius where it was determined that he had passed away. Sheriff Bell says the investigation is continuing.
