BILLINGS, Mont. – The Billings Police Department’s third annual Shop with a Cop put smiles on dozens of kids faces. Over fifty children met at MetraPark Saturday to go on a Christmas shopping spree with Police, E.M.T.’s, firefighters and other emergency personnel who took children to Walmart, where they got a gift card to do Christmas shopping. The department said they’re hoping Shop with a Cop is “bridging a gap between the community and law Enforcement.
