Billings police are investigating a domestic incident in which a Billings woman was removed from a residence. Police say they believe, the ex-boyfriend of, Shanyel StrangeOwl, 30, may be have been involved. StrangeOwl was reported missing Friday and police are urging anyone with information about to come forward.
