The city of Helena announced Friday morning that its Capital Transit is indefinitely suspending bus service to East Helena, effective immediately. A news release from the city cited a staffing shortage for the suspension, and noted that Capital Transit staff are working to fill vacant positions. There are no expected disruptions to on-demand service within Helena city limits.
