Former insurance agent Mark Anthony Biegler, convicted of six felony insurance fraud and theft charges was sentenced Wednesday in Lewis and Clark County district court. A judge ordered Biegler to 90 days in jail with a 10-year suspended prison sentence. He was also ordered to pay $150,000 in restitution to six victims who he committed criminal insurance fraud against, including in Helena, Fairfield, Whitehall, Kalispell and Conner, in which he kept the money he collected on premiums.
