BILLINGS – A $1.5M bond was set for a man charged with shooting two teens south of Billings in a drug fueled rage. Details of the harrowing crime were released Thursday in court records charging, Carl Chester Alden, 32, for the shooting Monday afternoon in the Blue Creek area, in which an 18 year old was shot in the face, and a 14 year old was shot in the head. Police say Alden, who was high on meth, then tried to rape the youngest victim. He remains jailed on multiple charges.
