BILLINGS – A Billings family has lodged a complaint against a mail carrier they say maced their dog, Sunka, Saturday morning on Buchanan Avenue on the South Side. The mailman reportedly admitted to spraying the dog. USPS said in a statement they are looking into the incident, noting that postal service delivery employees are equipped with a plant based self defense repellent for their protection. Animal control said they are investigating the case.
