BILLINGS – A woman has filed a negligence suit agaisnt the Montana Department of Health and Human Services, after she says she was raped and impregnated by her mother’s boyfriend when she was 11. The complaint and request for a jury trial was filed in December in Butte-Silver Bow County by the now 21 year old who was in the care of Yellowstone County Child Protective Services for years, due to drug and domestic abuse. A jury will decide compensation if the case goes to trial.
