A 23-year-old Deer Lodge man is facing domestic abuse charges for allegedly choking the mother of his child.
Helena police responded to a home on Raven Run and the victim said she and the defendant, identified as Cameron Christopher Johnson, were arguing when he grabbed her by the neck and began to strangle her. Cameron Christopher Johnson, who was on probation, police said, was arrested on a felony charge of strangulation of a partner or family member.
